Jonas Hayer

Jonas Hayer is currently the Head of Source Management Electronics at Siemens and has been engaged in supply chain management. Previously, they contributed to various roles at Schaeffler, including team coordination and internships across multiple departments, where they involved themselves in projects that improved operational efficiencies and data analysis. Jonas began their professional journey with a voluntary year supporting a church in Spain and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Business Administration and Engineering from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg.
