Julia Diaz currently serves as a Transformation Coach and Culture Ambassador at Siemens AG, where responsibilities include organizing and leading trainings, team workshops, and events while also setting up an internal peer-to-peer coaching program. Since March 2022, Julia has coordinated the internal training initiative “DI MC HQ Zukunftsfonds” in the role of Project Lead. With extensive experience at Siemens AG, previous positions include R&D Controller, Regional Manager Finance, and various roles in logistics and finance. Julia is also involved in the DI MC Culture Ambassadors network and the Siemens Mediator's Pool, enhancing coaching, mentoring, and community strategies.
