Keith Clabaugh

Keith Clabaugh is a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in both domestic and global HR project management. Having served as the first Human Resources Manager at Respiratory Care Plus, Inc., Keith established an HR department and developed comprehensive policies and procedures. Since 2006, Keith has been with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, where they provide strategic HR support, leading initiatives in culture change, talent management, and employee relations. Notably skilled in immigration matters, Keith acts as a liaison for foreign national employees. In addition to a Master's Degree in Labor and Public Policy/Human Resources, Keith is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management at Nyack College.
