Larry Custer, PMP, currently serves as the Area Operations Manager at Siemens since December 2020, where expertise in managing multi-level teams and driving operational excellence is showcased. Prior to Siemens, Larry spent over eleven years at Honeywell Process Solutions, initially as the Engineering Manager for the West Region Engineering Center and earlier as a Project Manager. Larry also accumulated experience in project management and operations management at Engineered Fire and Safety, where involvement ranged from field support technician to overseeing operations. Larry holds a degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
