Lothar Ruminski has over 20 years of international experience in leadership, project management, claim and risk management, engineering, and sales across various sectors, including process automation and electrical engineering. They served as an Infrastructure Manager at Deutsche Bahn from 2003 to 2008, leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers, and held multiple managerial positions at Siemens, culminating in the role of Head Project Excellence. Lothar's educational background includes a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule Mannheim and a proficiency examination from Vocational School Wolfach, where they continue their studies.
