They began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an engineering consultant in product design, later transitioning to ElringKlinger AG as an in-house consultant focused on product costing. Manoj earned their MBA from a Tier-1 business school in Germany, which laid the groundwork for subsequent roles at Magna International and AISIN EUROPE S.A., where they honed their skills in project management and OEM sales.
