Marcus Wei is a seasoned professional in ASIC design and digital implementation services, currently serving as the Head of Digital Implementation Services for North America at Siemens since January 2021. Previously, Marcus held key leadership roles at RiVAI Technologies and Synapse Design Inc., where responsibilities included managing ASIC backend projects and physical design implementation. Marcus's extensive experience spans positions at Uniquify Inc, Synopsys, and AMD, encompassing project management, resource allocation, and technical leadership in ASIC physical design. With a solid educational foundation comprising both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Marcus has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing complex engineering projects and enhancing design flows.
