Marius Happ

Marius Happ is currently the Head of Strategic Procurement at Siemens, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this role, Marius served as a Senior Manager and Head of Marketing for Water Technology and Medical Technology at Fresenius Medical Care from 2020 to 2023. Marius also held various positions at Siemens, including Project Manager and Project Procurement Manager for Wind Power and Power and Gas divisions between 2017 and 2018. Marius began their professional journey as a Werkstudent at Brose Group in 2011 and earned a Diplom-Ingenieurin degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg in 2013.
