Mayara Lima

Mayara Lima is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic procurement, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Procurement for Siemens Smart Infrastructure, where management of the Strategic Procurement team and direct material procurement from various business units is a key responsibility. Prior experience includes roles such as Direct Buyer for Robert Bosch GmbH, specializing in commodities for power tools and Bosch Rexroth, and Project Buyer for Procurement Engineering at Robert Bosch Ltda. Additional experience includes an internship as a Direct Buyer at Delphi Auto Systems and product management at Motorola Solutions. Mayara holds a degree in Production Engineering from FAJ, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV, and is pursuing an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
