Menandro Arcinas

Menandro Arcinas is a Senior Sales Manager in the Mobility Division at Siemens, where they manage sales and marketing for various railway systems and digital services. Their career in the railway industry began in 1984 as a technician at Metro Inc. in Manila, where they advanced to Supervisor before transitioning to Bombardier Transportation as Project Manager and Country Representative. Menandro has extensive experience in signaling maintenance and business representation, having spent 11 years in management roles at Bombardier and later working as a Railway Signaling Expert at MRail. Since 2016, they have been leveraging their knowledge in a sales role at Siemens, while also serving as a Local Church Pastor since 2008. Menandro continues to pursue education in Electrical Technology at Don Bosco Makati.
