Prior to their current position, Michael served in various leadership roles at Siemens, focusing on turbine mechanical integrity and design across multiple countries. They have also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Berufsakademie Ravensburg and have authored more than 60 scientific publications and patents in their field. Michael holds a PhD in Mechanical Integrity from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
