Peter Lang

Peter Lang is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A and venture capital. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Siemens since September 2020, Peter has a solid background that includes a Senior Associate role at Hogan Lovells from September 2014 to August 2020, as well as legal trainee positions at Squire Patton Boggs and BEITEN BURKHARDT. Peter began their career as a research associate at CMS Deutschland and completed a legal internship at Schaffer & Partner. Academically, Peter holds a Ph.D. in Law and other law degrees from the University of Bayreuth, along with a Wirtschaftsjurist degree in Economics.
