Prashanth Uppunda has extensive experience in technology and innovation management within the field of factory automation, currently serving as Sub segment Head at Siemens since April 2004. Prashanth has driven initiatives in architecture governance, established agile teams, and contributed to the development of software architecture and integration projects such as TIA Portal and SINEMA Engineering. Previous roles include software and technical leadership at Siemens, GE, and Yokogawa, with a strong background in software development for various engineering tools and applications. Prashanth holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, and Mathematics from Bhandarkars' Arts & Science College.
