Richard Einöder

Richard Einöder is currently an HR Manager and Business Portfolio Partner at SPDL, specializing in recruitment and consulting for economic and technical positions. Previously, they served as an HR Consultant at epunkt, where they managed HR projects and provided strategic support. With experience in roles such as Teamlead Recruiting and Recruiting Partner focusing on Engineering and Supply Chain Management, Richard has developed a strong foundation in human resources. They also worked as a Recruiter at Experis and held various positions at ALGE-EDV Consulting, including Trainer for adult education. Richard earned a Master of Arts in Business with a focus on Digital HR Management and Labor Law from Fachhochschule des BFI Wien, and holds a Magister in Psychology from Universität Wien.
