With a strong background in the electronic manufacturing industry, Simon has held various leadership roles at Siemens, including Head of Operational Supply Chain from 2012 to 2016. Simon earned a Master of Business Administration in Advanced Manufacturing from Sheffield University Management School with distinction and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management from The University of Salford.
