Thomas Moshammer

Thomas Moshammer is the Innovation Area Lead for Advanced Methods, Digital Twin & EN-Data Analytics at Siemens Mobility Austria GmbH, focusing on Lean Development and the engineering of railway bogies. They have held various positions in research and development, including roles at MAGNA STEYR and AVL, where they specialized in simulation and thermal engineering. Moshammer earned a Dipl.-Ing in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Wien and a Dr. techn. from Technische Universität Graz. They also undertook a sabbatical at NASA Langley Research Center, further enriching their expertise in simulation and validation.
