Tom Ledolter, PE, PMP, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Global Portfolio Manager for Building Fleet Offerings at Siemens since 2025. Previously, they held various engineering roles at Siemens, including Senior Energy Engineer, from 2015 to 2019. Their experience also includes a position as Product Manager for Building Energy Efficiency & Load Control at Shell from 2020 to 2024 and a brief consultancy with Gravity in 2024 focused on decarbonization. Tom began their career with an engineering trainee position at the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago and has also contributed to environmental initiatives during internships at Philips Consumer Lifestyle and their studies at the University of Iowa. They are currently pursuing an MBA at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, along with a BS in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University.
