Vaishali Pathare

Vaishali Pathare is an experienced technology professional with a background in technical consulting and solution architecture. Vaishali worked at Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions from November 2013 to October 2021 as a Technical Consultant, leading teams and focusing on end-to-end workflow design using Mendix and Agile methodologies. Prior to this, Vaishali served as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2010 to November 2013, specializing in Documentum development and lifecycle management. Following Springer Nature, Vaishali held the role of Technical Lead at Wipro from October 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing Mendix low code projects. Since February 2023, Vaishali has been employed as a Mendix Solution Architect at Siemens. Vaishali holds a degree from VJTI, obtained in 2010.
