Verena Willaredt

Verena Willaredt has extensive experience in business administration and lean management, having held positions at Danaher Corporation and Leica Biosystems. From October 2018 to September 2021, Verena worked as a Cooperative Education Student at Danaher Corporation, focusing on business administration within the industry track. Following this, Verena served as DBS Leader, Lean at Leica Biosystems, taking responsibility for driving business results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through the Danaher Business System (DBS). As a Certified Practitioner in Value Stream Mapping and Transactional Process Improvement, Verena has facilitated Kaizen events and empowered teams to enhance problem-solving capabilities. Currently, Verena is employed as a Lean Expert at Siemens since October 2025, while also pursuing an MBA in Digital Business and AI from Deutsche Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and additional studies at Universidad de Alcalá.
