Vineeth Kumar, PMP®, is a Senior Planning Engineer with 12 years of experience in project planning and controls, having managed multi-country portfolios across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. Currently employed at Siemens W.L.L, they lead planning, scheduling, and claims management for over 40 ELV and infrastructure projects. Vineeth possesses expertise in Primavera P6, forensic delay analysis, and FIDIC-based claims preparation, and has a solid background in baseline scheduling and stakeholder coordination. Previously, they held roles at Coastal Qatar and Global Innovative Technologies, where they developed project schedules and coordinated cross-functional activities. Vineeth earned a Bachelor of Technology degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology in 2009.
