Winnie Chik

Winnie Chik is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Diversity for ASEAN Pacific at Siemens since May 2011. In this role, Winnie oversees the development of the ASEAN-Pacific People Strategy and all talent acquisition activities in alignment with global corporate directives. Winnie also co-chairs the Human Development Committee at EuroCham Singapore. Prior experience includes serving as Senior HR Manager for Asia Pacific at Infineon Technologies, Recruitment and Integration Manager at L'Oréal, HR Manager at Singapore Press Holdings, and Senior Officer at the Singapore Economic Development Board. Winnie began career as a Personnel Psychologist at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the National University of Singapore, along with earlier education at Anglo-Chinese Junior College and Methodist Girls' School.
