Winnie Chik is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Diversity for ASEAN Pacific at Siemens since May 2011. In this role, Winnie oversees the development of the ASEAN-Pacific People Strategy and all talent acquisition activities in alignment with global corporate directives. Winnie also co-chairs the Human Development Committee at EuroCham Singapore. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the National University of Singapore, along with earlier education at Anglo-Chinese Junior College and Methodist Girls' School.
