For both corporations and sports, Siena Consulting develops world-class assessment tools that improve performance in the workplace, identify diverse pools of candidates for employee selection, develop future managers & executives, and predict athletic performance on & off-the-field.

Siena Consulting was started with the belief that traditional measures of intelligence were overly simplified and relied too much on cultural context and “book smarts”; which leads to bias. By challenging this assumption, the founders redefined intelligence more broadly and developed revolutionary ways of measuring these psychological factors, with the additional benefit of minimizing bias. They’ve extended this approach into personality testing and motivation with the belief that understanding differences allows both individuals and organizations to work together to be their best.
