Tim Rylance

Tim Rylance is the Owner of Balmain Asset Management LLP, a position held since January 2005, bringing extensive expertise in retail leasing and shopping centre asset management. Prior experience includes a decade at Donaldsons (now DTZ), where Tim began as a retail letting agent and progressed to become a partner in the Bristol office, serving as Asset Manager for notable portfolios owned by firms such as Fordgate, Standard Life, Capital & Regional, and the Prudential.
