Marlene Smith

Marlene Smith has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Marlene started their career at Rich Products Corporation in 1992 as an HRIS Manager, where they worked until 1998. Marlene then joined iXL as the VP of HR Operations, serving from 1998 to 2002. Their most recent position was with Sierra-Cedar, where they held the role of VP of HR starting in 2001.

Marlene Smith completed their MBA in HR & MIS from the University at Buffalo between 1990 and 1992.
