Eric Schultz is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager I and formerly as Sr Test Engineer at Sierra Space since June 2023, Eric previously worked at Archer as a Flight Controls Verification Engineer. Eric's foundational experience includes a decade at PPG, where responsibilities as Test Group Manager and Lead Development Engineer involved leading certification test campaigns for aircraft transparencies, as well as executing rigorous testing protocols. Earlier career roles included Claims Manager at ECO Roof and Solar, where negotiation and training played key roles. Eric holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder.
