Frederick Rost

Frederick Rost is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director of Capture at Sierra Space and Senior Director of Strategy & Growth at Sierra Space Defense since January 2023. Rost has been with Sierra Nevada Corporation since 2005, holding several senior director roles in growth and space systems. Prior experience includes leadership positions at General Dynamics C4 Systems, Command Systems, and Voxware, as well as a director role in product management and marketing at ITT Industries. Rost began a military career as a Signal Officer with the US Army from 1982 to 1994. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Western Governors University, expected in December 2024, and a BBA in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Toledo, obtained in 1982.
