Ryan Morahan

Ryan Morahan is a seasoned aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in specialty engineering and systems engineering within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Enterprise Specialty Engineering at Sierra Space since August 2016, Ryan leads a multidisciplinary team focused on critical areas such as EEE Parts, EMI/EMC, and ionizing radiation. Previous roles include Specialty Engineering Manager for the Dream Chaser Program and EEE Parts Engineering Lead at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities encompassed the performance of engineering efforts for various high-stakes programs, including commercial satellites and human spaceflight. With a foundational education in Engineering Physics from the University of the Pacific and additional coursework in analog integrated circuit design, Ryan has consistently demonstrated leadership and technical expertise throughout a career that began in electrical design engineering at ASCO Technologies. Ryan also completed the PEAK Leadership Development Program, earning a certificate in leadership.
