Wes C. is a seasoned leader in the aerospace and defense sector with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the VP of Proliferated Systems at Sierra Space since July 2020, Wes C. applies innovative thinking to enhance pLEO systems for diverse customer missions. Previous roles at Sierra Space include VP of Engineering & Product Development, focusing on space transportation solutions, and VP of National Security Space, where Wes C. led strategic initiatives for integrating advanced technologies. Prior to Sierra Space, Wes C. held several key positions at Northrop Grumman, including Director of Advanced Development, where efforts were concentrated on unmanned ISR systems. Wes C. possesses a strong academic background with an MS in Electronic Materials Engineering from UCLA and a BS in Engineering with a specialization in Automation & Control Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
