The Leadership Team at Siffrin is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring that the mission of serving individuals with developmental disabilities is effectively fulfilled. Comprising the VP, Past President, President, and CEO, this team collaborates on governance, policy development, and high-level decision-making to drive the organization’s growth and enhance its service delivery. They also engage with stakeholders and guide the overall vision and culture of Siffrin.

The Community and Regional Directors team at Siffrin coordinates and oversees services for individuals with developmental disabilities across northern Ohio. They focus on community integration, transportation, supervised living, and other community-based services, ensuring that regional operations in Stark and Mahoning counties meet the needs of the individuals they serve.
