Hemant Kumar

Hemant Kumar is a highly experienced Senior Staff Engineer currently at SiFive since October 2022. Previously, Hemant served as a Senior Staff Engineer at Samsung from September 2018 to February 2023, focusing on CPU verification and GIC600 VIP development. Prior to that, Hemant worked as a Senior Verification Engineer at NVIDIA, implementing safety verification techniques for GPUs. Additional experience includes roles at LSI Corporation and Qualcomm, where Hemant specialized in verification of DMA engines, memories, and USB technologies. Hemant holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
