Schuyler Eldridge is a Principal Engineer at SiFive since September 2020, specializing in enhancing hardware design and verification through advanced software engineering techniques. Prior experience includes a Research Staff Member at IBM, focusing on innovative hardware design languages and methodologies for system-on-chip customization, as well as a Postdoctoral Researcher contributing to the DARPA PERFECT program for RISC-V microprocessors. Schuyler's academic background encompasses a PhD in Computer Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, complemented by internships at Intel Corporation, where hardware and algorithm optimizations were a focus.
