Weichung Wu

WeiChung Wu is a seasoned verification engineer currently serving as a Sr. Staff Verification Engineer at SiFive since November 2020, with a focus on RISC-V testbench integration and development. Prior to this role, WeiChung held a Senior Principal Design Verification Engineer position at NXP Semiconductors, where responsibilities included overseeing the WiFi SoC test bench architecture in conjunction with the acquisition of Marvell’s WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity assets. WeiChung's experience also includes working as a Senior Staff ASIC Design Verification Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor, contributing to system-level verification of WiFi SoCs, and leading verification efforts for USB3.0 OTG controllers at Faraday. WeiChung began a career in digital IC design, working on DVD-ROM and CD-ROM modules, following a Master’s degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
