Erin Slepitza

Erin Slepitza is an experienced Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Sift, with a career spanning from April 2017 to the present. In this role, Erin partners with various leaders to optimize processes and technologies in recruiting and people operations, delivering strategic reports and building actionable dashboards for stakeholders. Prior to Sift, Erin worked at AppDirect as a recruiting coordinator, overseeing the hiring process and developing a global University Recruiting Program. Erin began a career in recruitment at KNF&T Staffing Resources, co-managing staffing accounts and assisting in candidate evaluations, and previously served as an Executive Assistant at Desert Pacific Properties, Inc. Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oregon.
