Shannon Lacy has extensive experience in customer success management. Shannon is currently the Director of Customer Success at Sift, a role they started in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Manager of Customer Success Management at Sift from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Sift, Shannon worked at Upsight as the Director of Customer Success from 2017 to 2019, where they collaborated with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business decisions. Shannon also served as a Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager at Upsight, managing top-tier customers and contributing to product development. Shannon's career also includes roles as an Account Manager at PlayHaven, where they helped app publishers with user engagement and monetization, and as an Account Manager at North Social, where they worked with clients such as Zynga and Oracle. Shannon began their professional career as the Deputy Volunteer Coordinator for the 2010 US Senate Campaign in California.
Shannon Lacy earned a BA degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Southern California from 2007 to 2010.
