Colin Ryan, CPA, ICD.D, is the COO and CFO of Solace Power, a leading wireless power technology company based in St. John's, NL. With nearly 20 years of experience in business growth and strategic initiatives, Colin has previously held roles as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Secretary at Solace Power, as well as positions at Ernst & Young and the Donovan/Bristol Group. Colin also serves as an advisor for SiftMed and operates Colin I. Ryan CPA Professional Corporation, providing CFO services to small and mid-sized enterprises. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University and completed the ICD-Rotman Director's Education Program in Board Governance.
