Mayuri Phalgunan

Mayuri Phalgunan started their work experience in 2002 as a Manager of Human Resources at Aptech Learning Services, where they worked until 2006. Mayuri then joined Sify Technologies Limited in 2006 as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, where they were responsible for leading the HR function for the Elearning Business Unit and Infrastructure Management Services Business Unit. Mayuri also managed the Learning and Development function and had previously managed the HR function for the Software Development Business. In 2014, they were promoted to Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Sify Technologies Limited. In 2018, they were further promoted to Deputy General Manager of HR, and as of July 2021, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources Development.

Mayuri Phalgunan completed their education at the University of Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and later pursued an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. The exact duration of their studies is unknown.
