Shankha Sengupta

CSAT Head - EAST

Shankha Sengupta is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience management and order management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and CSAT Head for the Eastern Region at Sify Technologies Limited since April 2016, Shankha oversees key accounts for enterprise, strategic, and government clients. Prior to this role, Shankha worked as a Global Order Manager at Tata Communications, focusing on the Vodafone UK project, as well as serving as an Order Management Specialist at Sify Technologies and a Customer Service Executive at Tata Communications. Shankha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, an ITIL Foundation certification in IT Service Management from AXELOS Limited, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce at the University of Calcutta.
