Robert Graham

Robert Graham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in private equity and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Partner at SIG Partners, Robert advises entrepreneurs on deal sourcing and capital raises while investing in lower-middle market deals. As the founder and former CEO of Pillar Health Group, Robert successfully scaled the company from $6M to $60M in annual revenue. Previously, Robert held key roles at The Sterling Group as Vice President and at Eaton in various management positions, demonstrating strong capabilities in product line management, supply chain optimization, and financial analysis. Robert earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and has completed post-baccalaureate studies at Columbia University.
