EXPERIENCE AND PAST ROLES Steve has previously been the Chief Executive Officer of Patisserie Holdings PLC, Tulip Ltd and Danwood Group Holdings Ltd and a non-executive director of Prestige Nursing + Care. He was the Chief Financial Officer and subsequently Managing Director of the largest division of Vion (formerly Grampian) Food Group Ltd and Chief Financial Officer and member of the management buy-in team of British Vita plc. He has worked with McKinsey, A.T. Kearney and other global strategy consulting firms and was a founder partner of MNS Partners LLC.

KEY STRENGTHS significant turnaround and leadership experience across a range of multi-site international businesses, considerable executive management experience including strategic consultancy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and banking.
