Michael Stegeman

Michael Stegeman is currently the H&S UK and Group at SIG plc, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Head of Environment, Health and Safety at Fairline Yachts and held various leadership positions at RPC Group Plc, where they significantly improved health and safety protocols across multiple sites in Europe. Michael's extensive background also includes managing EHS functions at Crown Holdings, Inc. during the commissioning of a new site and several roles focused on health and safety and production management in the packaging industry. They hold multiple degrees from De Montfort University, including an M.Sc. in Energy Utilisation and Management, alongside various health and safety certifications.
