Stephen Norgate is an experienced Lead Character Artist at Sports Interactive since November 2018, with a previous role as Senior Character Artist. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a character artist for Dulce Et Decorum, contributing to a WW2 Mod by creating clothing and uniforms for the game. Stephen was also the CEO of a streetwear clothing brand from January 2013 to April 2014, where design and garment creation were primary responsibilities. Experience in graphic design includes roles at Printroom Group, Fast Signs, and Signs Express Ltd, focusing on branding and advertising projects from 2006 to 2013. Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Games Design from the University of Staffordshire, obtained in 2018.
