Established in 1922, Sight Loss Shropshire is a registered charity which aims is to improve the quality of life of visually impaired people of all ages who live in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.

Our work includes: - 
- Providing grants to help visually impaired people to acquire specialist aids and equipment 
- Supporting a network of local social groups for visually impaired people who meet in every part of our area 
- Working with our partners to ensure that visually impaired people have a voice, so that service providers meet their needs 
- Provide free of charge Living Well with Sight Loss courses: information, advice, support and practical solutions for people with sight loss and those close to them 
- Free tech training for visually impaired people to assist with daily living, and much more
