Joe Mullaney has a long and varied work history. Joe began their career in 1989 as a Helpdesk Analyst for the University of Michigan Information Technology Division, followed by a part-time role as a Programmer for Hines Industries, Inc. in 1990. In 1998, they took on the role of IT Manager for Spearhead Mexico City and then moved on to the University of Michigan MCIT in 2000 as a Network Administrator. In 2002, they joined Domino's as a 2nd Tier Helpdesk Support and then moved to Sterling Commerce an AT&T company in 2003 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2018, they joined Seal Software as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer and in 2020, they joined DocuSign as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer. Joe is currently a Lead Technical Support Engineer at Sight Machine, where they joined in 2022.
Joe Mullaney attended the University of Michigan from 1986 to 1994, studying Mathematics and Computer Science. Joe has also obtained several certifications, including Client Success and Support: Professional from IBM in August 2018, IBM Blockchain Essentials from IBM in August 2018, Bluemix Essentials from IBM in June 2018, IBM Global High Availability Mailbox v1.x - Implementer from IBM in June 2018, IBM Sterling B2Bi v5.2.6x - Developer from IBM in June 2018, IBM Sterling B2Bi v5.2.6x - Implementer from IBM in June 2018, and CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in January 2001.
