Shubhra Sharma has over 20 years of experience in software engineering. Shubhra'smost recent role was as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Sight Machine, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Wayfair from 2022 to 2023.

From 2021 to 2022, Shubhra was the Director of Engineering at Outward, Inc., and before that, they held the position of Engineering Manager from 2018 to 2021 at the same company.

Shubhra Sharma completed their Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they hold several systems/software certifications including Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and VMware Certified from VCP. Shubhra also has completed various online courses, including Big Data Analytics, Hadoop Platform and Application Framework, and Intro to Big Data, for which they obtained certificates from Coursera. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV) from VMware.
