Xian Shen

Xian Shen has worked in the software engineering and automation testing industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Sun Microsystems and as a Software Test Engineer at Brocade. In 2007, they worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at StillSecure, where they designed, executed, and maintained automated test frameworks using Selenium tools. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a QA Consultant at Bachieve International (xi'an) Inc, where they performed performance load testing using Apache JMeter. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer III - Test Automation at GHX, where they created and maintained unit testing frameworks using JUnit and designed, created, and maintained web UI automated test cases using Selenium WebDriver for Restful APIs. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Software Automation Engineer at SpotX, where they designed and created automated test frameworks for SpotX advertising and management software and developed and maintained automated API and web UI test frameworks.

Xian Shen attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2000 to 2001, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Telecommunication.
