Spencer Michael

Spencer Michael has had an extensive work experience history. Spencer started their career at AMX International in 1999 as a CNC operator and worked until 2002. From there, they joined the American Heart Association as a Lobbyist/Regional Field Representative until 2005. In 2003, they also became a Foundation Board Member at Madison Memorial Hospital and later became a Strategic Planning Consultant from 2005 to 2006. Following this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Sterling Healthcare from 2006 to 2012. Spencer then transitioned to Mid State Orthopaedic as CEO from 2012 to 2015 before becoming CEO of Northwest Eye Surgeons in 2015. Currently, they hold the position of CEO & President at Sight Partners starting in 2019.

Spencer Michael has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business from Brigham Young University - Idaho. Spencer also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Penn State University.
