Jim R.

Jim R. has extensive experience in finance and corporate management, currently serving as VP Finance, Corporate Controller, and Interim CFO at Sight Sciences since 2021. Prior to this role, Jim held key positions at nVent as VP of FP&A and VP of Internal Audit from 2018 to 2021, and at Abbott as Finance Director FP&A following the St. Jude Medical acquisition from January 2017 to December 2018. Jim's career began at St. Jude Medical from 2009 to 2017, where a variety of roles in corporate finance, FP&A, international sales operations, operations, and audit were undertaken. Before entering the corporate sector, Jim worked at Deloitte in audit and assurance from 2005 to 2009. Jim R. holds a degree from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
