Kole Goodchild

Kole Goodchild currently serves as the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis & Sales Operations at Sight Sciences since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kole held various leadership positions at Abbott from January 2017 to August 2023, including Director of Finance, Sales Operations, & Customer Service for the Structural Heart Division, where Kole expanded a team from one to over 25 members, significantly enhancing FP&A, sales operations, compensation design, and customer service. Kole's experience also includes positions at St. Jude Medical as Controller for the US Structural Heart Division and roles in finance at UnitedHealth Group and RSM US LLP. Kole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Concordia University-St. Paul.
