Mary Cantu

Mary Cantu, MHA, currently serves as Vice President of Global Market Access at Sight Sciences, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Mary held the title of Director, Health Economics & Market Access at Johnson & Johnson from April 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing strategies for Joint Reconstruction within DePuy Synthes. With extensive experience in market access, Mary also worked as Sr. Director of International Market Access at Glaukos Corporation (June 2016 - April 2021) and as Head of Global Payment Policy and Reimbursement at BD (June 2014 - June 2016), focusing on diabetes care products. Earlier roles include Head of Global Market Access - Surgical at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. (January 2006 - June 2014) and Sr. Reimbursement Operations at Cyberonics (1999 - 2006). Mary holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington (2007 - 2009).
