Nate Lighthizer

Dr. Nate Lighthizer, an experienced optometrist, faculty member, associate dean, and director of continuing education at Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry since July 2009, has a robust background in optometry. Dr. Lighthizer serves as president of Intrepid Eye Society, Inc. and holds advisory and board positions with several organizations, including ORASIS PHARMACEUTICALS and EyePromise. With a Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University and a residency focused on family practice optometry with an emphasis in ocular disease, Dr. Lighthizer is actively involved in advancing the field through editorial roles and contributions to multiple advisory boards.
